Frequently Asked Questions:
- How Do I Add an Event?
Events can be added in two ways. First, you can email us or use our Contact Form to send us the details. Be sure to enter all information such as time, dates, and descriptions plus your name and a valid email address. You can also add an event online. To add an event online you must first register with us.
- How Do I Register to Add Events Online?
It's simple, just send us an email or use our Contact Form. Tell us about the types of events you will be adding and which calendar you will be adding them on. Request a user ID and password. You must have a valid email address. We will email you a User ID and password. Then simply go to that calendar and click the add event button.
- What Events can I Add?
You can add any event or announcement that will be of interest to the community. You cannot add events that are purely commercial advertisements or any event that is specifically prohibited below. We are the final arbiters of the appropriateness of any entry and reserve the right to remove or refuse any and all listings at our discretion and without warning or explanation.
- What Information Can I Include?
Listings can and should include time, date, duration and location. Additional information such as who to contact for further information can be added along with an email address and a link to a school, church or club web page. You cannot include links to commercial pages without specific written permission.
- What Is Not Allowed?
We will not allow pornographic material of any kind, profanity, cursing or any language that we feel is offensive, derogatory or is in bad taste. You cannot include advertisements, sales or events of a purely commercial nature. We will however accept listing of concerts, plays and theater presentations of a non profit nature. You cannot include links to commercial pages without specific written permission. We are the final arbiters of the appropriateness of any entry and reserve the right to remove or refuse any and all listings at our discretion and without warning or explanation.Get the word out on your organization's events.

Free Calendars:
Would Your School, Church or Organization Like a FREE Calendar?
We have a limited number of calendar pages available to bonafide organizations in the community. To qualify, the organization must be a recognized community organization or a private organization with special standing in the community. In addition, the organization must demonstrate that it has a sufficient number of on-going events, items or announcements to warrant an entire calendar. The organization must have in place an administrative staff capable of administering the calendar, must be fully responsible for the maintenance and security and must agree to hold their content to the same standards that we apply to our community calendars. We are the final arbiters of the appropriateness of the use of any calendar and reserve the right to revoke use of the calendar at any time if it does not meet our guidelines or standards.
